RESIDENTIAL / COMPUTER REPAIR

COVID-19 Response

We are open. Keeping your technology working is more important than ever during this time.

April 22 – Michigan stay-at-home order update:

Per the governor’s executive order, Computer Rescue 911 falls under the category of critical infrastructure since we fall under “Customer service and support staff, including managed and professional services as well as remote providers of support to transitioning employees to set up and maintain home offices, who interface with customers to manage or support service environments and security issues, including payroll, billing, fraud, and troubleshooting” amongst other categories.

As we currently understand it, essential business functions refer to any repair or help you might need when performing your duties in any essential business including home office support. Essential life functions could be any use of your computer to order groceries or prescriptions, access medical services or any other service that you need in order to function as a private individual.

At this time we are also asking that those with repairs that can be done remotely to call our team so we can resolve your software related issue over the phone and with remote control of your comptuer to avoid contact in our store.

Thank you
