Job Description & Experience Requirements:
Computer Rescue 911 seeks a Bench Technician who has proven themselves in the IT field by having impressive customer relations skills and above average IT abilities. Daily tasks include:
- Virus removal
- Computer hardware diagnostics & replacement
- Windows troubleshooting
- iPhone, iPad & Apple hardware and software troubleshooting
- Advanced software diagnostics
- Outlook and email setup/configuration
- Sales (Service & Product)
- Adapting to a wide variety of scenarios and issues as it relates to computers
- Also responsible for some residential computer appointments off-site.
Additional Required Skills & Abilities:
- College Degree (Preferred but not required)
- The technician would become an Apple Certified Mac Technician (ACMT) and would need to be proficient with Apple hardware/software (Training provided) & iOS certified for iPhone & iPad
- Motivated, reliable, and trustworthy
- Need to be fully qualified to perform technical tasks listed above (No technical training offered other than Apple Certifications)
- Motivated to learn and adapt to areas you may be unfamiliar with
- No criminal history
- Good driving record & ability to pass drug screening
Working directly with our team of technicians, you will be responsible for the technical bench and helping to oversee 30+ computers per day. Growing, developing, and creating strategies of growth and customer loyalty through communication and organization as well as processes.
